Dr. A.P.J Abdul Kalam has started his primary education from Alimentary School.
After that he completed his higher secondary school from Schwartz Higher Secondary School.
In the 1950s, he Completed his B.SC from St. Joseph’s College.
And in 1954-1957, Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam received a degree in Aeronautical Engineering from MIT (Madras Institute of Technology).

Working life of A. P. J. Abdul Kalam

Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam was a very famous Indian scientist who also took charge as the 11th President of India. In 1958, he worked as Senior Scientist at D.T.D. and P Technical Center. In his early career he also designed a small hovercraft (ACP). In 1962, he took resignation from the Research of Defense and then joined the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO). In 1969, he was Project Head of SLV-3 (Rohini) being made by ISRO.

Achievements of A. P. J. Abdul Kalam

Kalam ji was honored with Bharat Ratna in 1997, it is India’s highest honor.
In 2009, Kalam Ji was honored with the International Von KÁRMÁN WINGS AWARD.
Ramanujan award was also given to Kalam ji in 2000.
Kalam ji was also honored with the Veer Savarkar Award in 1998.
After this, in 1997, Kalam ji was given the Indra Gandhi Rastria Ekta Award.
Padma Bhushan was given to him by the Government of India in 1991 and Padma Vibhushan in 1990.
