Detailed Description about Mohan Bhagwat:


Friends! You must have heard the name of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh i.e. R.S.S and the name of its Sangh head “Mr. Mohan Madhukar Bhagwat”. Mohan Bhagwat is the director of the National Self-Union since 2009. Earlier Mohan Bhagwat was a veterinarian. He is considered as a person with a clear image. Before Mohan Bhagwat; S. Sudarshan ji was the director of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, who entrusted his responsibility to him. Bhagwat ji has a feeling of Hinduism and he has a good ideology towards Hindus.


Earlier Life:


Mohan Bhagwat was born on 11 September 1950 in a small town called Chandrapur in Maharashtra. His full name was “Mohanrao Madhukarrao Bhagwat”. He is from the family of Sangh workers. His father Madhukarrao Bhagwat was the head of the Chandrapur region who served as the preacher of the province of Gujarat. It was Madhukar Rao who introduced Lal Krishna Advani to the Sangh. One of his brothers was the head of the Chandrapur Nagar, unit of the association. Mohan Bhagwat is the eldest among all four brothers and a sister.


Education:


Initial education of Mohan ji was from Chandrapur and later he completed his BSC (first) education. After this he earned a degree in “Animal and Animal Husbandry” from Punjab Rao Krishi Vidyapeeth Akola. At the time of Emergency during Indira ji, she left her studies incomplete and jumped into the propaganda of the Sangh and paid full attention to the Sevak Sangh itself.


Bhagwat’s relationship with the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh:


After working underground during the Emergency, Mohan Bhagwat in 1977 became a campaigner for Akola in Maharashtra and was also a campaigner from Nagpur and Vidarbha region. In 1991, he became All India Head of the Physical Training Program as a volunteers of the Sangh and he discharged this responsibility till 1999. In the same year, he was made as “the head of all the pracharaks” of the Sangh and was working full time for whole year.

In year 2000, when Rajendra Singh (Rajju Bhaiya) and Ho Seshadri decided to relinquish the responsibility of the Sangh Chief and Sarkaryavah respectively for health reasons, KS Sudarshan was elected as the new head of the Sangh and Mohan Bhagwat was the three Sarkaryavah of the Union who was elected for years. On 21 March 2009, Mohan Bhagwat was nominated as Sarsanghchalak of the Sangh. He is unmarried and has traveled extensively in India and abroad. He is one of the youngest who was elected as the head of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh. He is known for his candid, practical and a clear vision of keeping the Sangh away from party politics.

Mohan Bhagwat is seen as a practical leader. He has spoken of taking the ideas of ​​Hindutva forward with modernity. He has emphasized to keep up with the changing times. But at the same time, the foundation of the organization has been rich and strong in ancient Indian values. He says that contrary to the prevailing belief that the Sangh clings to old ideas and beliefs, it has accepted modernization and at the same time it is giving the right direction to the people of the country.

They believe in Hindutva and Hinduism. They take initiative and insist on always going ahead in today’s time. Mohanji emphasized unity in diversity. He has said that casteism and socialism have no place in the party and union. Bhagwat says that India is a Hindu nation and that the rights of Hindus should remain here.
