Media report various planned demonstrations are expected to take place throughout the United Kingdom on November 4 & 5. Protests are planned throughout central London, Belfast, Edinburgh, and various other cities. U.S. citizens are encouraged to avoid areas of demonstrations and to always exercise caution within the proximity of demonstrations or if caught in a demonstration. Even demonstrations intended to be peaceful can turn confrontational and possibly escalate to violence. Do not attempt to drive or walk through a demonstration.
